Our preference is to hire someone with industry qualifications or solid hands-on experience in small engine repairs who can hit the ground running.However, if a keen, hands-on candidate comes along who is ready to learn and commit, we are open to offering an apprenticeship.If you take pride in quality workmanship, know your way around power tools, and have a solid work ethic, we want to hear from you.About the RoleYou will be servicing, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of outdoor power equipment, including:Ride-on and push mowersChainsaws, brushcutters, and blowersGenerators and small engine machineryMarshall Battery fitment, equipment pickups/deliveries,



and general workshop/yard dutiesYou will also interact directly with local customers, so a professional, helpful attitude is essential.What We're Looking ForExperienced / Qualified Applicants (Preferred):Proven hands-on experience or a Trade Qualification in small engines / outdoor power equipment.Strong diagnostic skills to troubleshoot and repair faults efficiently.A genuine passion for mechanical work and a willingness to learn from the ground up.A practical mindset, strong work ethic, and plenty of initiative.Essential for All Candidates:Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.Two recent references.
