The role may include adaptable working arrangements once training and proficiency requirements are met.Provide telephone-based intake, assessment, triage and referral supportDeliver brief clinical interventions and immediate mental health supportConduct risk assessments and apply appropriate call containment strategiesMaintain accurate clinical documentation in line with required templates and policiesWork collaboratively within a 24/7 rostered service environmentEngage in coaching, supervision and ongoing professional developmentTo be successful in the role you will:Hold relevant registration or membership, such as AHPRA, AASW,
