Our ACAS team is expanding, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Scheduling Officer to join the team.What will your role look like?
You will be responsible for the scheduling of Aged Care Assessment Services while providing exceptional customer service to clients or stakeholders.Day To Day This IncludesScheduling assessments and prioritising as required and communicate scheduling changes to clients and assessorsMatching assessments with assessors who have the appropriate skills and availability,



while optimizing their schedulesEnsuring all data is entered accurately while adhering to comments or alertsProviding strong administration support to ACAS staffEscalating complaints to Customer Service Team LeaderProviding quality customer service in all communication to all clients and representatives in a professional and knowledgeable mannerDocumenting all interaction with clients and representativesTo Be Successful In This Role You'll NeedA genuine passion for providing high quality care to older AustraliansScheduling/rostering experience preferred (but not essential)Excellent planning, organising and problem-solving skillsA high degree of computer literacyAbility to maintain professionalism and confidentialityCommitment to exceptional customer service both to internal and external stakeholdersWillingness to apply for a Police CheckWhat We Can Offer YouCompetitive hourly pay rateNot-for-profit tax perks so you pay less taxFitness Passport discounted gym membershipsPaid Parental leaveLong Service leave after 5 yearsAged Care Assessment Services acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which we live, work and dream.
