Join this professional services firm and take on a newly created HR Manager role.Work part time hours to suit your lifestyle, 3 or 4 days a week, or 5 shorter days.Reporting to the HR Partner and the Practice Manager the role covers:Providing HR support for staffMaintaining and implementing HR softwareOnboarding and off boarding staffAssisting with staff recruitment including job ads, application screening, interviewing and reference checksSupporting HR projectsOrganising staff functions and regular newslettersRequirements for the role include:Minimum 3 years experience in an HR / People and Culture role , preferably with a professional company (accounting, law, banking etc)Solid written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality at all times
