OverviewSecurity Officer position at a leading Australian university campus in Brisbane (Banyo).
This is a permanent Monday – Friday role with a focus on active shift work, customer service, and incident response in a professional campus setting.
Location: Banyo, Brisbane.
Roster: Monday – Friday *********.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a visible security presence and provide customer service support.Respond to incidents, alarms and requests for assistance in real time.Enforce campus policies and safety procedures.Liaise with students, staff, visitors and contractors.Notify and escalate all complaints, occurrences, incidents, emergencies in accordance with established escalation procedures.Maintain accurate logs and incident reports.Communicate with site supervisors, clients, and emergency services as needed.Maintain a safe and secure environment for students, staff, visitors, stakeholders and contractors.Support critical incident and emergency responses and assist security operations teams with command, control,
