This is a great chance for a self-motivated individual with a keen interest in technical support, order processing, and customer service.
The role is offered on a permanent basis, with training provided and excellent growth prospects within the business.Your main responsibilities will include:Processing orders and providing essential support to the external sales team.Delivering outstanding customer service to a growing client base.Generating quotes and supporting customers using a CRM system.Assisting with warehouse duties and occasional customer deliveries.Coordinating couriers and managing logistics for customer orders.About You:Strong customer service focus with a self-starter mentality.Team-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.Professional presentation with a valid C class driver's license (forklift license preferred but training can be provided).
