Role Title: Call Centre AssistantRole Type: Permanent, Part timeDepartment and Location: Food Services, The Mater hospital, North SydneySalary: ***** AUD base per hour +superAbout the RoleThe successful candidate will play an integral role in the provision of food and nutrition services to patients and guests, and is the initial engagement point with the Food Services department across SVHA Private Division hospitals.
The position holder will be responsible for assisting patients as well as their guests and family members with meal selections via the electronic system, telephone, or in person from patients' rooms (for patients screened as needing assistance).
