High Behavioural, High Mental health and Palliative needsSupporting participants in the Community and SIL environmentsWorking along side a great team of Co-OrdinatorsExperience working with Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs) and ProgressExperience with Restrictive Practice (RP) implementation (high desirable)Candidates must also have versatile availability and prior experience working within SIL homes.Our ideal candidates will possess the following:Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification, or willingness to obtainCurrent First Aid/CPR CertificateCurrent Australian Police Clearance/ Criminal History CheckCurrent Driver LicenseCurrent NDIS Workers Screening Yellow Card & Working with Children CheckWhy work for Shine SC?
