This position involves customer service, booking management, quoting tyres and mechanical work, and coordinating workflow between the workshop and front office.Key ResponsibilitiesGreeting customers and providing exceptional customer serviceBooking vehicles for tyres, wheel alignments, mechanical repairs, and inspectionsPreparing quotes and explaining repairs or recommendations to customersCoordinating workshop workflow with techniciansManaging phone calls, emails, and customer enquiriesProcessing invoices, payments,
