A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline5+ years' experience in digital performance marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership roleProven expertise across SEM, paid social and digital acquisition channels, with platform certifications highly regardedExperience managing marketing budgets, optimisation roadmaps and performance testingStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial outcomesExcellent stakeholder management, relationship-building and communication skillsA strategic, creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and emerging trendsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple prioritiesDesirable: Experience managing digital marketing across multiple brands and productsExposure to affiliate, social and email marketing channelsExperience using JIRA or similar project management toolsOur Promise to Our PeopleWe are passionate about our core values of Customer First, We Care, One Team, and Results Driven, which define how we approach our work.
