WorkForce Software, an ADP company is hiring a Learning ConsultantJob Role: The Learning Consultant is part of our Global Training and Education Team, which is responsible for training and enablement around the world.
This role delivers technical and functional training to partners, customers, and employees at various facilities worldwide.
The Learning Consultant also contributes to the maintenance and continuous improvement of training content in partnership with Instructional Designers and other training team members.To be successful in the role, you will have:Experience implementing and configuring a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application1+ years' experience conducting technical and functional field trainingUnderstanding of workforce management solutions from a consulting perspectiveExisting knowledge of, with desire to learn, local terminology related to time and absence processes in various countriesExperience using SQL, writing queries & Experience programming in a 3GL or 4GL languageStrong facilitation and instructional delivery skills across in-person and virtual environmentsAbility to engage diverse audiences and adapt delivery style to learner needsExcellent writing, presentation, and communication skillsThis role will be located in our North Sydney Office.
Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote).
