carers, and colleagues through open, respectful communication, supporting informed decision-making and collaborative care planning.Documentation & Care CoordinationMaintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical documentation while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and holistic care delivery.Quality, Safety & Continuous ImprovementContribute to quality improvement activities, accreditation processes, risk management, and incident reporting while promoting compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational requirements.What You BringCurrent registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRADemonstrated clinical nursing experience, preferably within aged careExperience supporting people living with dementia (desirable)Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsAbility to provide leadership, supervision, and support to nursing and care staffExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to person-centred care and resident wellbeingAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environmentSound knowledge of aged care legislation, professional standards, and clinical governance requirementsCommitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learningAbility to maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold high standards of qualified accountabilityAbout Casterton Memorial:Situated in the northern sector of the Glenelg Shire and 359 Km West of Melbourne, Casterton Memorial Hospital (CMH) provides a local healthcare facility to the community of Casterton and neighbouring district – servicing a population of approx.
