As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact in our guests' journey, creating personalised experiences from the very first conversation.
Through genuine care, thoughtful recommendations and meticulous attention to detail, you will help shape unforgettable stays that reflect the warmth,



sophistication and world-class hospitality of InterContinental Sydney.Working as part of our Reservations team, you will manage inquiries and bookings, liaising with key departments, establishing strong relationships with our clients, managing group blocks, participating in sales initiatives and displaying exceptional phone and customer service skills.
