The role includes supporting implementations, deployments, upgrades, and ensuring the platform operates securely and reliably in a Government setting.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support the ServiceNow platformManage users, roles, groups,



and access controlsSupport ServiceNow implementations, deployments, and upgradesPerform platform configuration including workflows, forms, and UI policiesMonitor system performance and resolve platform issuesSupport testing, deployment, and post-go-live activitiesMaintain technical and operational documentationEnsure platform compliance with Government security and governance standardsRequired Skills & Experience3+ years' experience as a ServiceNow Engineer or AdministratorStrong hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and configurationGood understanding of ITSM and ITIL processesExperience supporting ServiceNow deployments and upgradesAbility to troubleshoot and resolve platform issuesStrong communication and documentation skillsServiceNow certification (CSA or equivalent)Experience working in Government or regulated environments
