H2O Cafe Restaurant is a busy and established waterfront café restaurant located in Narrabeen on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
We operate 7 days a week across breakfast, lunch and dinner services.We are looking for an experienced, confident and hands-on Café Restaurant Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation of the venue.Weekend availability is essential for this role.We are looking for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leads by example and can confidently manage a busy café restaurant environment while maintaining excellent customer service and a positive team culture.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day front-of-house operationsLead, supervise and support the FOH team during serviceConfidently manage busy breakfast, lunch and dinner servicesPrepare and manage staff rostersRecruit, train and develop team membersMaintain high standards of customer serviceHandle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionallyManage reservations, group bookings and functionsCoordinate effectively with the kitchen and management teamAssist with stock control and orderingOversee opening and closing proceduresMaintain venue presentation, cleanliness and service standardsMonitor labour costs and support efficient venue operationsEnsure RSA,
