You will support children, young people and families, coordinate a range of wellbeing services and advocate for access to food, shelter and clothing as needed.Role involves understanding interventions, managing referrals, and working within Department of Education wellbeing policies.
This is a full time, on-site position at Warrnambool College with a focus on inclusive education and community
