Seeking reliable and motivated individuals with previous machine operating experience or strong mechanical aptitude to join a fast-paced production environment on a full-time basis.This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term permanent employment with a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturer offering stable hours, ongoing training, and career progression opportunities.About the RoleWorking within a clean and highly regulated manufacturing setting, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality output.Successful candidates will be comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting and have a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor manufacturing and packaging machinerySet up machines and perform changeovers when requiredConduct routine equipment checks and basic troubleshootingMaintain production output and quality standardsIdentify and report machine faults or production issuesFollow GMP, hygiene, and safety procedures at all timesComplete production documentation accuratelyAssist with cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipmentWork collaboratively with production and maintenance teamsSkills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:Minimum 1 year experience in machine operating or manufacturingStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilityExperience working in production level cleanrooms and sterile environments will be highly regarded.Experience within pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments highly regardedAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood communication and teamwork skillsUnderstanding of GMP or regulated manufacturing environments advantageousReliable transport and flexibility to work day or afternoon shiftsFull working rights within AustraliaWhat's on OfferFull-time ongoing opportunityday (7am-3pm) and afternoon (3pm-11pm)
