When our Administrator Officer is away, you will step in as needed to support the team, including assisting with roster-related tasks.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide reception support and act as first point of contactManage calls, emails, and general enquiriesSupport admissions, agreements, and resident administrationAssist with reporting, correspondence, and general admin tasksRostering experience not required but highly regardedProvide backfill support across the admin team during leaveAbout YouPrevious administration experience (aged care desirable)Certificate III in Business (or equivalent experience)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,
