We believe in empowering people to live the life they choose, and we're looking for passionate, values-driven Support Workers to join our team.About the RoleAs a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of people with disabilities and young individuals by providing tailored, person-centred support.
Whether it's daily living assistance, emotional guidance, or community engagement, your work will help create a more inclusive and compassionate society.You'll work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including sleepovers, active nights, weekends, and public holidays.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality, individualised support to people with disabilities and young peopleAssist with personal care, mobility, and skill developmentBuild meaningful connections and provide mentorship and emotional supportSupport community participation and recreational activitiesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement support plansAdvocate for customer rights and promote independenceCreate safe, trauma-informed environments for young people with complex needsWhat You'll Need Disability, Home & LivingExperience in disability, aged care, or family/community servicesA current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtainValid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicleNDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)Robust communication, empathy,
