Our industry-leading client based in Yennora is looking for experienced Transport Labourers/Forklift Operators to join their growing team.
This is a physically demanding role where the majority of your day will be spent completing manual labour, with forklift operation required throughout the shift to support warehouse operations.The RoleOngoing casual role with full time hours$38 per hour + OvertimeImmediate start availableMonday to Friday | 4:00am startsOpportunity to transition into a permanent positionLoading and unloading shipping containersContainer stripping and general transport labouringManual handling of freight and building loadsOperating a Counterbalance Forklift throughout the shift to move freight and assist with loading and unloadingFast-paced, hands-on environment with a supportive teamThe PersonPrevious experience in transport, warehouse or container operationsCurrent LF Forklift Licence with Counterbalance experienceHappy to spend most of the day completing physical labour, with forklift operation making up part of the roleExperience loading and unloading containers or trucks is highly regardedPhysically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handlingReliable, safety-focused and willing to work overtime when requiredAvailable for ongoing Monday to Friday work
