Operated by Bellevue Gold Limited, Bellevue is one of Australia's highest-grade underground gold mines, achieving commercial production in **** and positioned for significant long-term growth.This major underground operation combines industry-leading mining practices with a strong sustainability focus, including a hybrid renewable energy power station designed to supply more than80% of the site's power requirements through renewable energy sources.As part of this project, Barminco is seeking experienced and motivated Underground Paste Crew to join the team on a full-time basis, working a 77 FIFO roster from Perth.
These roles are integral to delivering safe, productive and efficient underground mining operations at the Bellevue Gold Mine while contributing to the continued success and expansion of the Bellevue Gold Mine.Your role will support underground production within a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?
Monitor paste fill devices/paste walls / paste valvesLiaise and work in with the paste plant operatorComplete paste fill checklists and paperworkEnsurepastebackfill is completedas per planInstall,monitor, andmaintainpaste barricades and bulkheadsInspect,maintain, and clear paste lines and equipment to prevent blockagesWork closely with miningand production teams to meet schedulesFollow all safety, quality,



and environmental procedures during paste operationsPreviousexperience working as a Paste Crew OperatorDemonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to site proceduresRelevant operating tickets and licencesAbility to work autonomously and within a team environmentAbility to meet all site access requirements (including, but not limited to, Medical, DAS, NPC & valid Manual Driver's Licence)What Can We Offer You?
