TCPManaging relationships with internal and external IT service providersReporting on SLAs and operational metricsApproving production migrations and infrastructure changes into supportMentoring junior TechOps team members when requiredContributing to infrastructure design and discovery phases of enterprise projectsOn-call requirements once per monthWhat you'll bring:Solid experience administering Windows/Linux environments and cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)Robust grounding in AD, Exchange, DNS/DHCP and file sharing servicesIn-depth network infrastructure knowledgeA good working understanding of databases (DBA-level expertise not required)AWS/Azure certifications - desirableA genuine appetite for process improvement and enterprise-level change managementSelf-motivation and the ability to work autonomouslyStrong communication skills are a non-negotiableThis is a great opportunity for someone who wants more than a "keep the lights on" role.
