Package up to $146,****** pa.
Package includes salary range ($116,981 pa to $129,492 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loadingGreenacre – Hybrid working availableAbout the role:Lead and coordinate the HR/Payroll Helpdesk to deliver accurate, timely and compliant HR and payroll advice to staff.
Manage inquiries and issues related to entitlements, payroll and personnel records, ensuring solutions align with legislation and policy.
Drive continuous improvement, maintain information integrity and support the development of team capability.About you:Maintain current knowledge of employment legislation, Award entitlements and Public Sector directives and standards, and develop and monitor internal controls to ensure Service Desk activities remain contemporary and compliant, mitigate over/under payment and entitlement risks, and safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and security of information.Manage high-volume inquiry demands and competing priorities to ensure delivery of time-critical Service Desk functions.Integrate advice from subject matter experts to achieve end-to-end resolution of inquiries and issues.Key Knowledge and Experience:Demonstrated experience in the delivery of high-volume enquiry and advisory services, providing accurate and timely human resource advice within a complex organisational environment.Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to support service delivery, workforce administration, and operational decision-making.For more information on the role, please view the Role DescriptionShould you require more information about this opportunity,
