An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join the team at Castle Projects.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of construction projects on various locations in Perth WA.
The immediate need is for a $9M education project in the northern suburbs of Perth, 20 mins from the CBD.Australian citizens and permanent residents are preferred for this position.What you'll be doingCoordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standardsLiaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that ariseDevelop and implement project plans, schedules, and procedures to optimise efficiency and productivityMonitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any potential problems or risksEnsure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulationsCollaborate with the wider team to identify areas for process improvement and innovationWhat we're looking forSubstantial experience (5+ years)
