Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Civil EngineeringProven industry experience delivering on $50m - $80m+ projectsAbility to run multiple construction projectsAn absolute commitment to the safety and the well being of self and others in the work placeProven leadership and management experienceMust have a polished approach when dealing with clientsStrong relationship building, influencing & negotiation skills and have effective team-player capabilities
