LA Services is a family-owned Australian manufacturer of industrial pressure equipment, piping and engineered products.For more than 45 years, we have delivered high-quality, compliant solutions across the energy, water, chemical, defence and infrastructure sectors.About UsLA Services is a family-owned Australian manufacturer of industrial pressure equipment, piping and engineered products.For more than 45 years, we have delivered high-quality, compliant solutions across the energy, water, chemical, defence and infrastructure sectors.OverviewWe are seeking an organised and practical Production Manager to coordinate projects through our workshop and into site delivery.Working closely with Project Managers, workshop leadership and senior management, you will help manage production schedules, labour requirements, project priorities and upcoming site works.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Coordinator, Planner, Scheduler, Project Coordinator or Workshop Supervisor looking to step into a broader management role.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain the production and delivery scheduleCoordinate workshop loading across multiple projectsForecast labour and resource requirementsWork with Project Managers to confirm priorities and project readinessCoordinate production activities with the Workshop SupervisorAssist with planning site labour, equipment and mobilisationMonitor progress and identify potential delaysCommunicate schedule and delivery updatesSupport customer communication when timeframes changeImprove planning,



reporting and workflow across the businessExperience & QualificationsThe successful applicant will ideally have:Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, engineering or project deliveryStrong planning, scheduling and organisational skillsExperience coordinating multiple projects or work packagesThe ability to work effectively with Project Managers, supervisors and tradespeopleGood communication and problem-solving skillsCompetent computer skills, including Microsoft ExcelExperience with ERP, scheduling or project-management systemsAustralian working rights and a current driver's licenceA trade, engineering, manufacturing or project-management background will be highly regarded.What Are We Looking For?
