They're looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to drive C&I; sales in a lean, high-autonomy environment where you'll have real influence over how the sales function takes shape.The RoleYou'll own the C&I; sales pipeline end-to-end, from prospecting through to signed contract, in a business where process is still being built and your input genuinely shapes it.
This suits someone who thrives without heavy structure, wants to move fast, and is motivated by building something rather than plugging into an existing machine.What you'll be doingGenerating and converting C&I; solar and battery opportunities across NSWManaging the full sales cycle, from initial client engagement through to proposal, negotiation, and contract closeWorking directly with the engineering team to scope and price client solutionsHelping shape sales process, pricing strategy,
