You'll be their main point of contact, their advocate internally, and the person responsible for their outcomes.This role suits someone who thinks strategically but executes meticulously.
Someone who plans ahead, builds clear roadmaps, and follows through properly.You'll:Build strong, long-term client relationships and be their trusted partnerOwn customer outcomes end-to-end, not just the saleDevelop strategic account plans and roadmaps for each clientIdentify opportunities to grow accounts through services,



products and improvementsMaintain a strong pipeline and accurate forecastingWork closely with delivery teams to ensure commitments are metStay on top of every detail, including documentation, follow-ups and adminWhat we're looking for5+ years in account management, ideally in MSPStrong commercial acumen and confident communication skillsA deep sense of ownership.
