Whatyou'lldo
Deliver high-quality therapy to individuals,couplesand families (in-person, online and phone)Partner with clients as a Care/Wellbeing Navigator to develop and maintain shared mental health and recovery plansConduct intake, psychosocial and risk assessments, including safety planningProvide care coordination, case management and group work and shared intake coverageApply family systems and evidence‐based frameworks, collaborate with multidisciplinary practitioners, and maintain quality documentation, supervision and professional development

24-month maximumterm contractFull time positionLocation: Tuggerah, close to train stationApprox $***** per hour (depending on skills and experience) + 12% superannuation, 17.5% leaveloading, salarypackaging to reduce your taxable income,

Qualifications inCounselling, Counselling & Psychotherapy, Relationship Counselling or Couple & Family CounsellingEligibility for registration withAHPRA, AASW, PACFA or ACAMinimum 100 hours of clinically supervised counselling experienceExperience working with couples and families within a robust family systems frameworkUnderstanding of mental health, family violence, childprotectionand addictionA warm, culturally safe, trauma-informed approachAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting
