This newly created role will support procurement outcomes across property, construction, store development, refurbishment programs, operational infrastructure and facilities management services.Key ResponsibilitiesManage sourcing across construction, property and facilities categoriesSupport contractor and supplier governance frameworksDeliver procurement portfolio reporting, project visibility and risk trackingPrepare tender documentation, cost models and commercial evaluationsPartner with Property, Operations, Logistics, Finance and Risk stakeholdersSupport cost optimisation across capital works, maintenance and service contractsAbout YouYou will bring procurement, sourcing or commercial experience within property, construction, infrastructure or facilities environments.
You will understand contractor models, service agreements, project procurement and stakeholder-led delivery.
