Full job descriptionAn opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a well‐known retail organisation on an initial 6-week contract.Supporting a busy Talent Acquisition team, you will provide end‐to‐end recruitment support across a portfolio of frontline retail positions.
Working at pace, you'll manage candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management and recruitment administration while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.This role will suit an organised and proactive recruitment qualified who enjoys volume recruitment, is comfortable spending significant time on the phone and can effectively manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.Key responsibilitiesManage recruitment activity across a portfolio of frontline retail vacanciesConduct candidate screening and phone interviewsCoordinate interviews,



assessment centres and hiring activitiesManage offer calls and support the onboarding processMaintain accurate candidate records within the ATSProvide timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment processPartner with hiring managers and the broader Talent Acquisition team to support hiring requirementsAssist with recruitment administration and reporting as requiredEnsure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment processAbout youImmediately availablePrevious experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination or Recruitment ConsultingComfortable working in a fast‐paced, high‐volume recruitment environmentConfident conducting candidate screening calls and managing multiple vacanciesStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to learn new systems and processes quicklyExperience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)PageUp experience will be highly regarded but is not essentialProactive, adaptable and comfortable taking initiativeStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
