This role will oversee façade projects from early design coordination through to final installation, offering exposure to a range of commercial developments.Manage façade project scope, timelines, budgets and resourcesOversee subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams throughout all project stagesLiaise with builders, architects,



engineers and consultants to resolve technical and in office challengesManage procurement of façade materials, ensuring quality, timely delivery and cost controlCoordinate design reviews and ensure alignment with project goals and compliance with specificationsEnsure compliance with all safety, quality and design standardsMaintain effective communication with all stakeholders by providing regular updates and addressing project risksTo be successful in this role, you will haveMinimum of 5 years of experience in façade or construction project managementStrong understanding of the full project management cycle, including design coordination, programming, budgeting, contracts, site management and complianceExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
