stock control and supplier management.About SH JewellerySH Jewellery is one of Melbourne's leading independent jewellers, specialising in premium 18kt gold and platinum diamond jewellery, engagement rings, wedding rings, custom jewellery and Rolex watches.With more than 5,500 five-star Google reviews and over 20,000 couples served, we are proud to be one of Australia's most trusted and best-reviewed jewellers.As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly capable jewellery professional to help us improve our product range, strengthen our buying and stock processes, manage production more effectively and support the next phase of business growth.RequirementsYour RoleBuying & Sourcing - Source and purchase GIA diamonds, parcel diamonds, coloured gemstones, materials and finished jewelleryProduct Development - Develop new jewellery designs, product ranges and collections based on customer demand, sales trends and business prioritiesProduction Management - Manage custom jewellery and production workflows, including CAD, quoting, production, quality control and deliverySupplier Management - Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate effectively on price, quality, timelines and termsStock & Merchandising - Review stock levels, identify gaps, slow‐moving items, replenishment needs and new buying opportunitiesPricing & Margins - Use strong maths and commercial judgement when assessing costings, margins, pricing and buying decisionsStock Control & Quality - Manage incoming stock, checking, quality control, pricing, product records and presentation standardsProcess Improvement - Help improve purchasing, production, replenishment, forecasting and stock management systemsShowroom & Sales Support - While this is primarily a buying, production and product role, supporting the showroom team with client enquiries,
