About the Role
ISS is seeking vigilant, professional, and customer-focused Security Officers to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll be entrusted with safeguarding people and property across a range of client sites.
You'll provide a visible security presence, respond to incidents, and help create protected environments where people feel confident and protected.
Whether patrolling premises, managing access, or responding to emergencies, you'll be a key part of our mission to deliver high-quality, client-focused security services.
Monitor and authorise entry and exit of staff, visitors, and contractorsPatrol premises to detect and deter unauthorised access or suspicious activityRespond to alarms, disturbances, and incidents with professionalism and urgencyOperate communication systems and maintain situational awarenessInspect and adjust security systems and equipmentPrepare accurate daily reports and incident documentationPromote a safe and secure environment through proactive engagementAct in accordance with site-specific SOPs and ISS policiesPerform concierge duties (if applicable), including front desk management and visitor coordination

What We're Looking For
Valid Security Licence (State-specific)Current Driver's Licence (preferred)Experience in security, customer service, or team-based environmentsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm and professional under pressureCommitment to safety and complianceExperience in concierge or front-of-house rolesBackground in customer care, control, or management
