You'll manage and expand program delivery, build strong relationships across the cancer care community, and support our incredible volunteer network.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow the program across your region in line with targets and prioritiesBuild and maintain relationships with volunteers, cancer centres, and key stakeholdersCoordinate workshop delivery and assist with volunteer schedulingRepresent the program at cancer centres, conferences, and community eventsDevelop annual plans and budgets, and monitor program performanceContribute to fundraising initiatives and volunteer recognition activitiesOversee reporting, administration,



and CRM managementAbout YouYou're a strong communicator and relationship builder who thrives in a purpose-driven setting.You will bring:3+ years' experience in program delivery, community services, or similarProven ability to build partnerships and grow programsStrong organisational, financial, and time management skillsConfidence presenting to groups and engaging diverse audiencesExperience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS OfficeA high level of professionalism, empathy, and discretionYou'll also need:Willingness to travel, with overnight staysWhy Join Us?
