We are hiring a Work Support Mentor to assist participants with disability, injury or health conditions to thrive in their recent employment, with post-placement support and strong employer partnerships across the Ovens ESA region.You will provide on-the-job support, track outcomes, and help with training and reasonable adjustments, enabling sustained employment and confidence-building for participants.
