and Care Staff.Oversee care planning, assessments, and clinical governance.Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements.Work collaboratively with residents, families, GPs, allied health, and community partners.Support workforce planning, rostering, and performance management.Promote a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement.Contribute to strategic planning and service development.About YouYou will be a motivated and compassionate leader with:Minimum 3 years' experience managing clinical care in an aged care settingStrong people management and leadership skillsExcellent communication skills and an engaging, supportive leadership styleAHPRA RegistrationHigh level of organization and adaptability, with a commitment to innovation and excellenceExperience mentoring and developing nursing staffWillingness to relocate to Regional Victoria
