We pride ourselves on creating a warm and welcoming setting where individuals can thrive and maintain their dignity and independence.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality nursing care to residents based on their individual needs and care plansAdminister medications and treatments accurately and safely, in accordance with professional guidelines and organisation policiesMonitor and assess residents' health conditions, reporting any changes or concerns promptlyCollaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plansMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in resident recordsEnsure compliance with relevant regulations, standards,
