This is a dynamic role supporting commercial operations through contract administration, tender coordination, commercial governance and team administration activities.Working closely with Commercial Managers, Business Development teams and the Sales & Commercial Leadership Team, you will play an important role in enabling timely commercial decision-making, supporting customer and supplier processes, and ensuring accurate commercial documentation and reporting.This role is ideal for a highly organised professional who enjoys managing competing priorities, engaging with multiple stakeholders and contributing to both commercial and administrative activities.Support contract administration, tender coordination and commercial documentation processesMaintain pricing, purchase order and customer records within SAP and business systemsCoordinate meetings, schedules, agendas, minutes and action registersPrepare presentations, reports, tender materials and leadership briefing packsSupport order-to-cash activities, reconciliations and customer administration processesProvide commercial reporting, data analysis and administrative support across multiple teamsWhat you'll bringYou must be committed to positively contributing to our secure, inclusive and high-performance cultureExperience in commercial administration,
