I'm currently partnering on an exciting opportunity for a skilled Mid Level Change Consultant to join a high-performing transformation environment delivering large-scale technology and workforce change initiatives.This role sits within a collaborative transformation team focused on driving successful adoption across complex digital programs including Salesforce, SAP and ServiceNow initiatives.Brisbane based - 2/3 days office1 year + contractResponsibilitiesLeading and supporting end-to-end change activities across digital transformation programs _ Sap rolloutDriving stakeholder engagement, business readiness and user adoption initiativesWorking directly with impacted users to help simplify and navigate changeFacilitating workshops, readiness sessions and change interventionsSupporting cultural transformation and future ways of workingApplying human-centred design and agile methodologies to improve workforce engagementBuilding trusted relationships with leaders,
