Seeking experienced and capable Electrical Project Manager for permanent and full time position.
You will be managing and delivering T1 projects around Sydney.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the successful management of your allocated project(s), ensuring they are on track and meeting agreed timescales and financial targets:Tender documentation preparation and reviewProject planning, labour and materials management, scheduling, risk control, OHS compliance, resourcing, forecasting, reporting and timely delivery of projectSuccessfully manage project documentation including financial analysis and complianceProvide high level leadership and mentoring to field staffEffective end-client, supplier and sub-contractor engagement and managementSkills and experience required:Extensive experience as an autonomous electrical project manager (who has managed T1 projects of 10m AUD and above for the electrical component)Electrical project management experience in a range of industry spaces - e.g. commercial, health, education,



defence and / or infrastructurePrincipal Contractor on site experience preferred but not essentialPrevious electrical trade background essentialProject management qualifications desirable but not essentialExcellent client communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsExperienced in conflict management and dispute settlementWell-developed analytical, financial management and problem-solving skillsEffective in allocating work and maintaining strict time framesFirm commitment to safety and quality assuranceStrong work ethic and high integrityHighly developed computer skillsThis is an excellent time to join and make your mark successfully managing major projects, with a well-established, national electrical company.PLEASE NOTE - To be considered for this position applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
