The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join Centurion Framing Systems and support the continued growth of the business.
Reporting directly to the Group Accountant, you will take ownership of key financial accounting activities and provide accurate, timely reporting and analysis to support business performance and strategic decision-making.
This is a broad, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes and working closely with stakeholders across a growing organisation.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include:
Financial Reporting – Prepare monthly management accounts, company scorecards and other financial reports, including detailed variance analysis.




Accounts Payable & Receivable – Oversee AP and AR processes, ensuring accurate processing, timely collections and ledger integrity.
Tax & Compliance – Ensure statutory and taxation obligations are completed accurately and on time, and coordinate with external accountants for annual financial statements.
Budgeting & Forecasting – Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare cash flow and other financial forecasts as required.
Controls & Process Improvement – Maintain strong internal controls and proactively identify opportunities to improve financial systems, processes and procedures.
Business Support & Analysis – Provide meaningful financial analysis and insights to support operational and commercial decision-making.
Team Collaboration – Work closely with the wider finance team and operational stakeholders to support a positive and high-performing environment.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
CA or CPA qualification, or be close to completion.
At least 3 years' experience in a similar financial accounting role.




Strong technical accounting knowledge and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience working with accounting and financial management systems.
A sound understanding of Australian Accounting Standards and taxation requirements.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
The ability to organise competing priorities and meet deadlines.
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
Clear and confident communication skills.
A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
