As part of the Queensland - Mechanical department, this full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a key role in our organisation.
The HVAC Project Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing HVAC projects from inception to completion.
Key responsibilities include:Leading project planning, including defining project scope, goals and deliverablesCollaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project successManaging project budgets, resources and timelines effectivelyOverseeing installation,



testing and commissioning of HVAC systemsEnsuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standardsProviding technical expertise and guidance to project team membersMonitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays proactivelyPreparing regular reports and updates for management and clientsMaintaining robust relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractorsContributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices within the organisationThe successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing HVAC projects, with excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
A solid understanding of mechanical systems, building codes and regulations is essential.
Additionally, the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on quality and safety is paramount.
