At our Pacific Fair restaurant, we believe in fresh, quality food and creating a fun, welcoming environment for both our customers and team.The Role – Team MemberAs a Team Member, you'll be the face of Schnitz Robina, making sure every customer has a great dining experience.
This is a hands-on role where you'll rotate across different sections of the restaurant.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service – greeting guests, taking orders, ensuring friendly and efficient service.Food Preparation – assisting with cooking, salads, and assembling meals according to Schnitz standards.Kitchen Operations – supporting pan-cooking, fryers, and food handling safely and hygienically.Restaurant Cleanliness – maintaining a clean and safe environment (dining area, kitchen, equipment).




Teamwork – working closely with other Team Members and Team Leaders to keep shifts running smoothly.What We're Looking ForA positive attitude and willingness to learn.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.Previous hospitality or retail experience (preferred, but not essential).
