We're looking for a Warehouse All-Rounder to join our team at Greentech Townsville.
This is a hands-on role that would suit someone early in their career who is keen to learn, enjoys being part of a team and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
We're a busy solar and energy storage wholesale business, so there's always something happening.
You'll be right in the middle of our operations, helping make sure the right products get to our customers on time and in good condition.

We want someone we can rely on — someone who turns up, puts in the effort and takes pride in what they do.
We've got plenty of opportunity for the right person, but we're looking for someone who is prepared to earn it.
What you'll be doingNo two days are exactly the same, but your role will include:
Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Loading and unloading trucks and containers
Receiving stock from suppliers and checking goods are correct and undamaged
Preparing orders for dispatch and customer collection
Assisting with local deliveries when required
Helping with stock counts and keeping inventory accurate
Keeping the warehouse organised, clean and safe
Assisting with general branch duties when needed
Working with the wider team to make sure customers get what they need, when they need it

You'll fit well into our team if you:
Are reliable and consistent — this is a big one
Have a strong work ethic and a willingness to have a go
Take pride in your work and care about getting things right
Have good common sense and can think on your feet
Are positive,



motivated and willing to get stuck in
Work well as part of a team but can also work independently
Are physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role
Have basic computer skills and are willing to learn new systems
Have a current driver's licence
Have a forklift licence, or are willing to obtain one
Previous warehouse, trade, delivery or customer service experience is an advantage, but it's not a deal-breaker.
If you're new to the workforce, that's completely fine.
We're happy to teach the right person the industry and give you the opportunity to develop.
What we can't teach is reliability, effort and attitude.
