About the roleAs a Dental Assistant at Charlestown Dental Care, you will be responsible for providing essential support to the dental team in delivering high-quality patient care.
This is a casual role ****** hours per week) based in our modern practice located in Charlestown.
What you'll be doing
Assisting dentists with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures
Sterilising and preparing dental instruments and equipment
Maintaining accurate patient records and updating electronic files
Welcoming and greeting patients, and escorting them to the treatment areas
Providing exceptional customer service and addressing patient queries and concerns
Ensuring the dental practice is clean, organised, and well-stocked with supplies
What we're looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and the dental team




Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
A friendly, skilled, and compassionate attitude towards patients
Experience in a dental practice or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable but not essential
The ability to work well as part of a team and independently as needed
