You might already be working in cultural practice, community services, child and family services or another related area.
You may also bring significant cultural and community knowledge gained outside of formal roles.
Knowledge and understanding of the Department of Communities child protection system, processes and practice would be highly regarded, particularly an understanding of how these systems impact Aboriginal children, families and communities.

This is an identified position. This position is identified for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people under Section 50D of the Equal Opportunity Act **** (WA).
Aboriginality is a genuine occupational requirement of the role.

We'd particularly encourage you to get in touch if the role interests you but you're not sure whether your experience fits.
