You7ll be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience - from first enquiry through to post-purchase resolution - whilst also keeping the day-to-day administration of the business running smoothly.
It7s a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone who is equally comfortable dealing with customers and managing backend systems and administration.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and overseeing all general customer enquiries across email and all online platforms promptly and professionallyProviding post-purchase support and building genuine customer relationshipsMaintaining accurate records and supporting smooth day-to-day administrationHandling all order related enquiries and customer returns in a timely mannerManaging inventory records and coordinating with internal systems (Shopify,
