You will be responsible for coordinating stakeholders, managing project governance, and supporting franchisees through design, compliance, and execution phases while driving continuous improvement across delivery processes.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of club refresh projects across the portfolioEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to brand and compliance standardsCoordinate design submissions, reviews, and approvals with franchisees and architectsConduct site visits and manage post-refresh audits and compliance checksMaintain accurate reporting, schedules,



and documentation across all projectsIdentify risks, delays, and delivery issues, implementing proactive mitigation strategiesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation for development projectsManage supplier relationships and coordinate procurement and vendor engagementResolve franchisee, supplier, and internal stakeholder delivery issuesDrive process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectivenessExperience & About You:You are adetail-orientedproject and/or multi-site operationsprofessionalwho thrives in fast-paced, stakeholder-richenvironments.
You bring structure tocomplexdeliverylandscapes, communicate effectively across technical and non-technicalstakeholders, and are comfortable managing multipleconcurrentprojects.You are commercially aware,solutions-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.Technical AbilityRelevant qualifications in project management, business, or a related field (builder or trades background highly regarded)Experience with the BCA, building code preferred but not essentialExperience in project or multi-site management within fitness, retail, construction,



or similar industriesExperience in reading and understanding architectural plans preferredStrong capability across project lifecycle delivery, including planning, coordination, and executionProven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple concurrent projectsExperience working with project management tools and reporting systemsStrong problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsLeadership SkillsStrong communicator who builds trust and alignment across diverse stakeholdersResilient and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing prioritiesCollaborative and influence-driven, able to work effectively without direct authorityProactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery outcomesDemonstrates alignment withorganisationalvalues: Own It, See It, Feel It, Do It, TogetherEssential RequirementsCurrent driver's license and willingness to undertake regular interstate and regional travelWhy work with us?
