We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team on a full time basis at Calvary Adelaide Hospital, Adelaide.

About the Role
As a valued member of our front-of-house team, you will play a key role in supporting the Site Manager and delivering a professional, welcoming, and seamless experience for our Specialists and patients.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities will Include:
Providing exceptional customer service to patients, Specialists, and colleagues
Answering and managing phone enquiries in a professional and efficient manner
Welcoming patients with warmth,



empathy, and professionalism
Coordinating specialist clinic and theatre bookings
Managing patient billing for consultations and hospital admissions
Processing Medicare and Private Health Fund claims accurately
Liaising closely with Specialists and the broader team to ensure tasks and workflows are completed efficiently and on time
About You
You are energetic, personable, and thrive in a team environment.
Previous experience in Reception or Administration, particularly within healthcare, is highly regarded but not essential.
We're looking for someone who is positive, approachable and team-focused, with a willingness to learn and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional service to our Specialists and patients.
Being a collaborative and supportive team member is an important part of this role.
